REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 2022-2023
NEW TO DISTRICT ENROLLMENT:
Online Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will be available online for Returning and New to District Students beginning Sunday, May 1st. Please note: new to district families must have all required documents available to download, including three proofs of residency: lease or Mortgage, two utility bills, all of which must be in the child's parent or guardian name, Birth Certificate, Shot Records, and Parent/Guardian ID.
If you are a returning family or a family new to Beech Grove City Schools District and do not have access to Internet or a computer, or need assistance with online registration, our Administration Office will be open beginning Tuesday, May 31st, from 9:00am-1:00pm. Monday-Thursday in the lower level of the Administration Office. Please park in the parking lot behind the office and come up the stairs to the entrance door. The Administration Office is located at 5334 Hornet Ave, Beech Grove, In. 46107.
RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT:
Make sure to have your Skyward information for re-enrollment. If you do not know your information please contact your students school within business hours.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW TO DISTRICT STUDENTS:
Legal Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
3 Proofs of Residency (also required if you have moved)
1 deed/lease/mortgage statement & 2 bills with the address matching the deed/lease/mortgage statement
deed/lease/mortgage must have custodial parents name on it
Legal Guardianship Paperwork (if applicable)
Case Number from Indiana Family & Social Services (if applicable)
Transcript from Previous High School (for high school students)
Letter of Promotion (for incoming Freshmen)
*High school students will need to visit or call the school (317-786-1447) after online enrollment to make an appointment to complete their high school schedule and bring the above documents.
