Dear Beech Grove Parent/Guardian,
Many families’ financial security has become threatened as a result of economic challenges related to COVID-19’s effect on many Indiana businesses, Beech Grove City Schools’ leadership strongly encourages you to please complete a new Free/Reduced Application.
Doing so may help to alleviate as yet unpaid textbook rental fees and ensure that, with the extended timeline of financial hardship looming, your household is secured at the best possible position for the first 30 days of the new school year, or until you have the opportunity to complete the 2020-21 Free/Reduced Benefits application, whichever comes first.
To clarify, this will not eliminate the need for a new application beginning July 1, 2020 for the new school year, but it could have a significant effect on any outstanding textbook rental fees already incurred for the 2019-20 school year.
Please log onto www.MySchoolApps.com to complete a new application today. Every possible financial advantage given the current state of things is a good thing to do.
